Terms of Service

1. Services

Website Design & Development: Custom websites including layout design, mobile optimization, contact forms, and service pages. Delivery depends on timely content and feedback from the customer.
Website Hosting & Maintenance: Secure website hosting, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and minor content updates (text/images up to X hours per month).

2. Payment Terms

Website Design & Development Fee: Paid upfront. Non-refundable once work begins.
Monthly Hosting & Maintenance Fee: Billed automatically via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable, but hosting can be canceled at any time.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Refund Policy

Website design/development fees are non-refundable once work begins.
Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable, but may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate content, images, logos, and business information needed to complete services.
Review website work and provide timely feedback.
Requests for changes must fall within the agreed scope; major updates may require additional fees.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design.
Lulz Development may showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials.
Hosting and maintenance do not transfer ownership of any tools or software used by Lulz Development.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Monthly hosting may be canceled at any time; no refunds are issued for prior months.
Services may be terminated by Lulz Development for failure to pay or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lulz Development is not liable for business losses, downtime, or data loss beyond reasonable control.
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., increased traffic or sales).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Ohio.
